Test Automation
We develop and provide Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and Computer aided testing for various Electronic Systems, Electronic Modules and Communication equipments. Our team is familiar with various ATE interfaces like GPIB, USB, JTAG, RS-232 and others.Process Automation
Our team has installed out many Process Automation Systems for automated data collection and monitoring of different processes and flow controls for industrial plants and factories. This involves (Data Acquisition System) which collects continuous data through multiple channels and from multitude of sensors and measurement equipments.
Industrial Automation
We have rolled out Industrial Automation system that are based on SCADA architecture. These encompass end-to-end control system from the ERP work orders to control and monitoring on the shop floor. This includes handling and programming of the PLCs, level2 and level3 implementation, development of supervisory level interface and Man-Machine Interface to display information and monitor. At Supervisory level the system supports logging mechanisms, Alarm generation and display, Trending etc. This would also include development of any interfacewith the enterprise level. Even the backend server and databases are handled by us.
